CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy To respect the time of both our clients and our business, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service price. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 100% of the reserved service price. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. In this case, the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Full Set Deposits All full set lash extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Service Concerns Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact Emily within 24 hours of your appointment so the concern can be assessed. Complimentary adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis. Concerns reported after 24 hours will require booking a paid service. Results vary based on your natural lashes, aftercare, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Complimentary adjustments are only available for concerns related to the original application and do not cover normal shedding, poor aftercare, or damage caused by picking, rubbing, or sleeping habits.
